- Member of numerous NGOs and Associations. Charly Templar is the African affairs Officer of DSF (Developpement Sans Frontieres) an NGO working with environmental problem, HIV/AIDS prevention, youth and gender issues (Since March 2006). An NGO that has participated in various seminars, forums and conferences around the world to promote and work for the achievement of the MDGs.
- Acted as community liaison, events coordinator and translator for American Peace Corps Volunteers.
- Participated with DSF in the writing of the memorandum by young Cameroonians on – Youth employment and vocational training – with the help of SEP / FES / GTZ.
- Represented DSF in - Youth Pan African Days – and - Kwame Nkrumah Caravan Tour- in Nigeria / Niger / Benin / Togo / Ghana / Burkina Faso. Organized by the NGO JUNA (Jeunesse Unie pour une Nouvelle Afrique).
- Volunteered 2 weeks at the Baboua hospital (Central Africa Republic) for HIV/AIDS campaign and taught how to use the WFP (World Food Program) to kids affected with malnutrition. Project initiated by Dr Klaus Schustereder.

Member of Cream DJs, Charly Templar is not just a DJ / MC, but someone who deeply loves Music in all its senses. Music can be one of the most soothing or nerve wracking experiences available, therefore, choosing what will work for any individual is difficult and requires a real music lover. Music has a profound effect on body and psyche; it relieves and alleviates stress, while bringing people together like sports. Passionate, Charly Templar likes to remix songs coming from unknown places and make them enjoyable to listen. His influences are numerous and from diverse musical background. he is one of those DJs who suits a wide range of people and plays all rhythms (Hip Hop - Salsa - House - Electro - African Bambattaa - Raggaeton - Asian vibes - Dance.- Couper Decaller - Makossa...) He started a new style of mix vibe that includes sample of Couper Decaler (a west African rhythm) with Hip Hop or Dance Club music in Bangkok – Thailand to offer a complete different taste to music lovers who are bored with the mainstream. He has DJs in several places in Africa (Congo - Ghana - Nigeria - Burkina - Benin - Chad - Togo...); and also, during his travels in Asia and Europe in some famous exhibitions/Private parties and participated in many International cultural events.
